Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the vehicle repair and maintenance process.
• Recommend services, explain repair options and costs, and present service specials.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer communication throughout the repair process.
• Build customer relationships, generate repeat business, and deliver exceptional CSI.
• Meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate repair orders, customer records, and service information.
• Stay current on automotive services, technology, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
• Volvo and/or luxury brand experience preferred.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.
• Strong sales, customer service, computer, communication, and listening skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable team participant with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
