🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1st Shift)
💵 Pay: $19–$20/hour
📅 Type: Temporary (with possible permanent opportunity – not guaranteed)

We’re seeking a personable and energetic 💬 Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a busy team in Chagrin Falls! If you're fluent in Spanish & English, great with people, and love helping customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! 🌐

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Speak and write fluently in Spanish & English
📞 Handle incoming calls: quotes, orders, follow-ups
💻 Process orders accurately and efficiently
📦 Recommend products to enhance customer orders💬 Promote current sales & discounts
🧾 Ensure accuracy in pricing, quantity, and shipping details
📲 Coordinate with internal teams (purchasing, marketing, warehouse, etc.)
🧠 Maintain and update customer account information
🤝 Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
Use tools and procedures to provide complete, helpful responses
Route inquiries to the right departments and follow up
Participate in product and skill development training
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in customer service or sales
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken & written)
⌨ Previous data entry and computer experience
‍ Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel is a plus
Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a bonus
Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
