This is a key leadership role overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, compliance, and financial planning. 📊 RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and month-end/year-end close Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements Manage job costing, WIP, and percentage-of-completion accounting Oversee invoicing and project accounting Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Maintain internal controls and accounting procedures Provide financial analysis, KPIs, and reporting to leadership Coordinate tax compliance with outside professionals Supervise and develop accounting staff ✅ REQUIREMENTS Active CPA license required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with job costing and WIP reporting Strong ERP/accounting software and advanced Excel skills Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills Preferred: Experience in construction, security integration, low-voltage, or other project-based industries. 🎁 BENEFITS Health, dental & vision | 401(k) match | PTO & holidays | Continuing education & CPA support | Growth opportunities 📢 We are scheduling candidates NOW!
