🤝 Mancan Staffing is partnering with a local manufacturing facility seeking an Industrial Finisher / Paint Prep team member to work on polymer castings!

💲 Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
🕢 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
💼 Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

🔨 What You'll Do:
✅ Prepare polymer castings for painting and finishing
✅ Sand, clean, and prep surfaces for coatings
✅ Assist with finishing processes to ensure quality products
✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area
✅ Follow all safety procedures and company standards

🌟 Preferred Experience:
🚗 Auto body repair or paint prep
🏠 Drywall finishing or surface preparation
🎨 Industrial painting or finishing experience is a plus
💪 Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

✔️ Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
✔️ Dependable attendance and positive attitude
