Pet Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

14-year-old small dog, about 10 pounds; he sleeps a lot. Our only other pets are 3 outside cats. He gets along with them. But he usually barks at other dogs. We had a large bloodhound he was close to, but he passed in 2019. I am not sure he will bond with other dogs. He is friendly to us and our very young grandchildren. He has not had any vaccinations in a very long time. He does not like his feet touched. He is an indoor dog, except when we take him on our golf cart to town or in our truck. He has been camping with us, and he does well with long travels in the truck.
