As part of our growing team, you will partner with business leaders across multiple industries, delivering practical HR solutions that drive business success and employee engagement.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary HR consultant for a portfolio of clients.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR best practices.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Support onboarding, employee development, retention, and engagement programs.
• Assist clients with policy development, handbook updates, and HR process implementation.
• Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee relations matters.
• Facilitate training programs and leadership development initiatives.
• Support compensation, organizational development, and compliance projects as needed.
• Partner with executives and managers to align people strategies with business goals.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, or ADP platforms is a plus.
