Asset Management Analyst
Sentinel Peak Capital Partners is seeking an experienced asset management analyst with strong investor communication skills, high proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Portfolio Management:

• Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of multi-family properties.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize asset value and financial returns.

2. Financial Analysis:

• Conduct thorough financial analysis of property performance, including income statements, cash flow projections, and budgeting.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

3. Market Research:

• Stay abreast of market trends and dynamics affecting the multi-family sector.
• Utilize market research to inform investment and management decisions.

4. Investor Communication:

• Establish and maintain strong communication channels with investors.
• Provide regular updates on portfolio performance, financial metrics, and strategic initiatives.
• Address investor inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

5. Due Diligence:

• Participate in property acquisition due diligence processes, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Provide insights into potential challenges and opportunities related to new acquisitions.

6. Reporting:

• Prepare regular reports on property performance for internal stakeholders and investors.
• Utilize Excel and other tools to create comprehensive and visually appealing reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years + experience in real estate/multi-family asset management.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Physical Demands: The job is periodically sedentary but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tour and inspect apartments/communities. Involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time and stooping for brief periods of time. There is some repetitive motion of the hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
