About the Job:

Schilling Beer Co. is seeking dishwashers in a part-time or full-time capacity. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and cares about their work. They have the ability to maintain and operate a clean and well-organized dish room, and are willing and able to work hard during busy periods. Must be able to lift 50-60lbs.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses:

A dependable way to get to/from work.
A positive, upbeat attitude and a friendly demeanor, including during fast-paced service.
Willingness to support in various ways beyond the kitchen when/if needed (organizing, cleaning, clearing tables, restocking glassware and dishes, etc.).
A team-oriented disposition to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Strong initiative-going above and beyond without being asked-and a passion for details and delivering exceptional results.
Multi-tasking, working in multiple dish-zones, capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to lift approximately 50-60 lbs.
Flexibility to occasionally work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/holidays.
The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
