Job Description & Requirements

- Employment Type: Travel
Shift: 5×8 Days (8:00 AM–5:30 PM)
Start: ASAP or 2 weeks after offer, pending compliance
Contract: 13 weeks | GT: 40 hours/week
On-Call: 2–3 nights/week (5:30 PM–7:00 AM), plus every 3rd weekend
Experience: CT & X-ray required
Equipment: Siemens 64-Slice CT, GE Proteus X-ray
Surgery: Possibly pain injections
Facility: 25-bed CAH facility in Slayton, MN
Housing: Available — discuss during interview
Scrubs: Any color
Certifications: BLS (AHA), ARRT; CT preferred
