Senior Caregiver - Full-time / Part-time

I need adult care provider with experience with adults with autism. My son is 21 and is non speaking. We need someone to help with his daily routine, school, and daily care. Would prefer someone who is interested in learning how to help him communicate through spelling and typing. We will train on the method we use. We want someone who understands that lack of speech does not mean lack of intelligence.
