About who needs care: Hip surgery, very fragile. Third week in snf . Small progress in PT & OT. Dementia decline, now has wounds on back . Catheter entire time in hospital and SNF . Has high BP, Heart problems. About the care needs: Gentle, kind, strong. Someone who has experience with elderly. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
