Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

My oldest goes to daycare three days a week. Im home most mornings until I go to work and/or pick up our son. My dad lives with us and will take responsibility for one kid so we really need help for the other two, he more than likely will always be home. Our kids are OBSESSED with anything outdoors, we would really like someone willing to take them to the park down the street from our house, take them on walks, engage with them, plan at home activities for them and I would appreciate them being as screen free as possible. We are really looking for someone to cover the gap for a few hours in between our work schedules along with some occasional date nights.
