Health Services Administrator Registered Nurse (HSA RN)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Health Services Administrator Registered Nurse (HSA RN) to lead and coordinate healthcare services while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare operations.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Regular schedule begins upon successful completion of orientation and training

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily healthcare operations and nursing services
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, policies, and standards
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing and healthcare staff
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care services
• Monitor quality improvement initiatives and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with providers, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
• Support staff development, training, and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 7+ years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare documentation systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Health Services Administrator, Nurse Manager, or leadership role
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
• Experience in correctional, occupational health, public health, or outpatient settings
