About the Role

Lone Star Facility Management LLC, a Texas-based provider of residential and commercial property maintenance and repair services, is expanding into Ohio. We are seeking skilled and reliable Independent Handymen (1099) to join our growing team.

As a self-employed contractor, you will:

• Deliver high-quality repair, maintenance, and installation services for both residential and commercial properties.
• Operate independently using your own tools and vehicle.
• Manage your schedule via company-provided software.
• Travel locally within the state to job sites.
• Maintain proactive, professional communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs, maintenance, and installations, including:
• • Carpentry
  • Plumbing (basic)
  • Electrical (basic)
  • Flooring
  • Painting
  • Drywall
  • Minor structural fixes
• Prepare accurate service estimates for repair and replacement projects.
• Independently manage scheduling and timelines using company software.
• Maintain and organize personal tools and equipment.
• Interact professionally with customers to assess needs and provide effective solutions.
• Travel locally within Ohio using a personal vehicle.
• Demonstrate strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in general handyman services or multi-trade maintenance (freshers encouraged to apply)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Proficiency in a wide range of home repair and maintenance skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Strong time management and a quality-focused work ethic
• Effective problem-solving capabilities
