Kitchen Crew

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Kitchen Crew for a local Buffalo chain located in Williamsville. Previous experience is not required, but preferred.

Hours: Flexible

• Day Shift 10am-4pm/8pm
• Night Shift 4pm - close (9pm/10pm)
• Must have weekend availability

Pay Rate: $18-20/hr BOE

Qualifications & Duties:

• Prepare a variety of toppings and food items for cooking in various kitchen equipment as needed
• Prepare and be knowledgeable in the pizza varieties
• Responsible for stocking and properly storing ingredients
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area
• Prepare items for cooking by portioning, seasoning and/or marinating
• Assist in product preparation assignments during off-peak periods as needed
• Close the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations
