Take your architectural experience to the owner’s side and play a key role in shaping complex, high-quality commercial projects from early planning through construction and closeout.

This position is well suited for an experienced architect or architectural project leader who enjoys the big-picture side of project delivery including guiding design teams, coordinating consultants, influencing important decisions, and ensuring projects meet the owner’s expectations. Rather than spending your time producing drawings, you’ll provide leadership across multiple projects and serve as a key connection between design professionals, contractors, internal stakeholders, and other project partners.

You’ll join a collaborative design and development environment that values quality, efficiency, thoughtful design, and effective project delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as an owner-side architectural lead throughout the design and delivery process
• Lead multiple projects from early planning and programming through construction and closeout
• Direct and coordinate external architects, engineers, commissioning teams, and specialty consultants
• Lead design reviews and help ensure projects meet operational, functional, and quality objectives
• Coordinate decisions between internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and permitting authorities
• Review architectural and engineering documents for completeness, constructability, cost, and functionality
• Guide consultants toward project milestones while maintaining expectations for quality and performance
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, consultant costs, and change orders
• Identify design and delivery risks early and help develop practical solutions
• Provide leadership with clear updates regarding project progress, schedules, budgets, and potential risks

What We're Looking For:

This opportunity could be a strong fit for an experienced architectural professional who has progressed beyond primarily producing construction documents and enjoys leading the broader design and project delivery process. Relevant experience may include:

• A professional degree in Architecture
• Significant architectural or design project leadership experience
• Architectural licensure is preferred but is not required
• Experience leading complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
• Experience managing outside architecture and engineering consultants
• Knowledge of design development, permitting, codes, construction documentation, and project delivery
• Experience with commercial, hospitality, retail, mixed-use, healthcare, corporate, or similarly complex building projects
• The ability to balance design quality with schedule, budget, constructability, and operational considerations

Compensation & Benefits:
