NOW HIRING – WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES

Total Warehouse Solutions (TWS) – Franklin, MA

TWS is currently hiring dependable warehouse employees for our Franklin, Massachusetts operation.

PAY

$18.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on position, experience, and qualifications.

Sign On Bonus: $750 paid with $375 paid at 60 days and $375 paid at 90 days.

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS

Warehouse Unloaders

• Unload inbound trailers
• Sort and palletize product
• Break down and restack freight as needed
• Maintain an efficient and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to complete inbound loads

Warehouse Runners

• Move pallets and product throughout the warehouse
• Transport completed freight from receiving areas
• Stage product in designated locations
• Support the inbound unloading operation
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

SCHEDULE

Full-Time | Monday–Friday
5:00 AM Start

Candidates must be able to report to work consistently and be ready to work at the scheduled start time.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to perform physical warehouse work throughout the shift
• Pallet jack and warehouse equipment experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
