We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to support the final pack-out of finished parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for packaging, labeling, counting, and verifying products according to work instructions and customer specifications while performing visual inspections to identify defects before shipment.

Location: San Carlos, CA

Duration: contract-to-perm for the right fit

Schedule: M-F 6am-2:30pm, initial training will take place on the day shift, with the expectation of transitioning to the 2:00 PM–10:30 PM swing shift in the future.

Pay: $18-$23/hr

Responsibilities include:

·       Pack finished parts per work instructions and customer packaging specs (bagging, boxing, labeling, kitting)

·       Perform visual inspection of parts during packaging to catch defects before shipment

·       Maintain cleanroom protocols during pack-out (gowning, contamination control) for cleanroom-designated jobs

·       Apply lot numbers, labels, and traceability documentation accurately

·       Count/verify quantities against work orders and pack lists

·       Maintain clean, organized packaging area and supplies inventory

·       Meet production pack-out targets without sacrificing accuracy

Requirements & Qualifications:

·       Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in product counts, labeling, and lot traceability.

·       Ability to follow written work instructions and adhere to established cleanroom and gowning procedures.

·       Previous medical device packaging experience is a plus, but not required.

·       Ability to maintain a consistent and efficient work pace while performing repetitive, precision-focused tasks in a production environment.
