Construction Laborer

Staff Zone is hiring dependable Construction Laborers for multi-year construction and site development projects throughout the DFW area!

Job Details

• Position: Construction Laborer
• Location: DFW Area
• Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience and role
• Employment: Multi-year construction projects

Job Responsibilities

As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with a variety of manual tasks, site preparation, material handling, and general construction activities to help maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality work environments.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with site cleanup, material organization, and debris removal
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Supporting skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, supplies, and equipment
• Loading and unloading construction materials
• Handling materials properly to prevent damage or injury
• Assisting with site preparation and general construction tasks
• Performing spotting duties as needed
• Operating equipment when qualified and assigned
• Following all applicable OSHA and job-site safety requirements
• Participating in safety meetings
• Reporting hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately
• Working effectively with other members of the construction team
• Completing assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude

Qualifications

• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work
• Ability to perform manual construction tasks
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Able to pass drug screening
• Experience in construction, site development, spotting, or equipment operation is a plus when applicable
