Order Management Support

Lakeshore Talent is in search of an Order Management Support professional to join a dynamic automotive aftermarket team in Hebron, KY. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity offering $20/hour with potential for growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and eager to learn new systems and processes.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with customer service, administrative, order processing, or logistics experience who enjoys working with both people and technology. Training will be provided on the systems and processes needed to be successful.

 

• Pay: $20/hour
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Location: Hebron, KY — fully onsite
• Remote flexibility: Not available

• Must be comfortable working in a professional office environment

• Monitor and verify incoming orders daily, ensuring accuracy of order details, pricing, customer information, and other key data
• Adjust shipping dates based on customer needs and transit times
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to help ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Identify and resolve common order errors and discrepancies to keep orders moving efficiently through the system
• Proactively monitor order status and follow up on delays or issues
• Communicate order updates, shipping information, and issue resolutions to customers via email
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, customer interactions, and related documentation
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and cancellations while providing a high level of customer service
• Follow established company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Work within Oracle, SAP C4C, and other internal systems to support daily order management activities

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review dates, numbers, orders, and customer information
• Comfortable navigating Excel and basic computer systems
• Strong written communication skills, particularly for professional email correspondence
• Ability to learn new technology and quickly become comfortable with systems such as Oracle, C4C, and SAP
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

• Experience working with automotive parts or within the automotive industry
• Previous customer service, order processing, order management, or logistics experience
• Strong typing skills and accuracy when handling a high volume of email communication

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is preferred
• Previous administrative, customer service, order processing, or order management experience is a plus
• Experience in automotive, finance, logistics, or a related industry is beneficial but not required
