Customer Service Representative
Leaps & Bounds Plumbing, Heating and Air – Lemoyne, PA
Are you friendly, organized, and ready to help customers feel taken care of? Leaps & Bounds Plumbing, Heating and Air is a fast-growing, family-owned HVAC & plumbing company serving Lemoyne, Camp Hill, Harrisburg, and surrounding areas. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office team part-time and be the welcoming voice of our company.
Position Details:
- Hours: Rotating schedule, Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Weekend availability required
- Location: Lemoyne, PA - Training to be on-site, remote after training**
- Type: Part-time, remote
- Hourly base of $12-$16/hour plus commissions*
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for HVAC & plumbing service and installations
- Provide exceptional customer support and follow up on service requests
- Assist with dispatching technicians and updating schedules
- Process customer information and maintain accurate records
- Support the office team with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling software is a plus)
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
