Operations Manager – Warehouse & Distribution

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations across DTC and B2B channels. This role will lead warehouse teams, manage inventory, shipping/receiving, labor planning, safety, and process improvements while ensuring operational efficiency and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations
• Manage receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff
• Monitor KPIs and improve operational processes
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and warehouse organization
• Coordinate with transportation, purchasing, sales, and customer service teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of warehouse/3PL operations experience
• 5+ years in a senior management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with DTC, B2B, and multi-client operations
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and supply chain operations
• Forklift certification preferred

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually
