Registered Behavior Technician RBT
Location: Cedar Point, NC
Position: Part Time
Pay: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
Sign on Bonus: $500 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment
Client Cancelations: 50% pay for eligible client cancelations

Schedule: Flexible afternoon and early evening hours. Additional hours may become available as our client base continues to grow.

Responsibilities
- Provide one on one ABA therapy in clients' homes
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect accurate behavioral data and complete session documentation
- Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred
- Behavior Technician applicants who have completed the required 40 hour training within the past 60 days are encouraged to apply
- Previous ABA experience or experience working with children with autism preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Morehead City service area
- Strong communication and organizational skills
