Location: South Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Weekends: Some weekends may be required
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Experience: 6+ months of maintenance experience required

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team in South Dallas. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of maintenance experience and be comfortable performing general maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facility areas.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and maintenance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general facility repairs.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Respond to maintenance needs in a timely manner.
• Complete other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and facility maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify maintenance issues.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work occasional weekends when needed.
