Supply Chain Project Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish, keeping teams aligned and ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and customer commitments are met.
• Coordinate build plans and material readiness to support important customer requirements.
• Work closely with Customer Operations and other cross-functional teams to understand priorities and keep projects moving forward.
• Develop practical recovery plans when material shortages, production issues, supply chain disruptions, or other challenges impact delivery.
• Create project schedules, assign tasks, track progress, and help team members stay accountable for results.
• Identify potential risks and issues early, then work with the appropriate teams to develop solutions and minimize business impact.
• Provide clear project updates, performance metrics, and status reports to leadership.
• Bring together teams across operations, planning, procurement, manufacturing, and customer-facing functions to ensure effective communication and execution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements that can strengthen operational performance, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time while keeping business goals and customer commitments at the forefront.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or a similar field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and successfully managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and keep projects moving in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project management or project-tracking tools.
