Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to assist members with account questions, billing, payments, service requests, outages, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve member concerns.
• Assist with billing, payments, collections, payment arrangements, and account questions.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Review and resolve residential and commercial billing issues.
• Handle and document outage reports and service requests.
• Explain policies, rates, fees, and procedures.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate member information.
• Work with other departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. or GED
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well independently and with a team.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Pay: $21.50/hr
Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Start Date: October 19, 2026
