Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Processing Specialist to support data entry, document management, reporting, and administrative functions for our client. What You Will Do:
- Complete accurate and efficient data entry from reports, spreadsheets, and documents
- Review and verify information to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Create daily and status reports for both clients and management
- Ensure information and documentation are distributed in an efficient manner
- Provide administrative support to the department and project team members
- Answer incoming phone calls, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes
- Assist with newsletters and preparation of documents and presentation materials
- Partner with Tier II support when appropriate
- Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- High school diploma (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- Ability to enter and maintain registrations within Qualitrac software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and dependability are essential
- Experience providing online technical support (preferred)
- Understanding of medical terminology (preferred)
