Key Responsibilities

• Schedule referrals for patients and providers
• Obtain pre-authorizations and pre-certifications for tests and procedures
• Schedule tests with appropriate facilities
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff regarding referrals and testing
• Communicate effectively with patients, clinics, and hospitals
• Review clinical data to communicate/document medical necessity to insurance companies
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with the practice's mission, vision, and values

Required Qualifications

• Technical School / 1 Year College
