Position:Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester

Location:HYBRID - Nashville, TN 37243

Pay Rate:$35.00 (W2 only) or $40.00 (INCORPORATED), (Not accepting 1099 or C2C)

HYBRID: MUST work in the office up to two (2) times per month (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY, paid expenses are not offered)

HOURS: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM 4:30PM

QA Analyst III supports testing of modernization through supporting and leading the UAT test phase. Responsible for capacity testing modernized applications (EBMS, SEBT, and C-CARE), API and Performance Testing (EASL), learning new application functionality, learning Tricentis TOSCA, a new automation tool, as well as creating automation scripts for ServiceNow applications (Customer Portal, Provider Portal, Worker Portal, HR Portal, and Legal Portal) along with new modernization application C-CARE. They will meet customer expectations on modernization applications, to aid in working with users and the various business areas in creating and executing manual test cases. Responsible for creating and executing automation test scripts to increase test coverage, better reuse repetitive tests to aid in reducing testing time, which will improve current employee tension and unforeseen turnovers.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Must have Manual and Automation testing experience for Agile/Scrum project teams.

• Must have experience using the following tools: Jira, Zephyr for Jira, SQL Server, Postman, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or other automation test tools.

• Must have a combination of ADA/Section 508 accessibility testing and AI-powered testing expertise

• Must have experience creating and executing automated testing scripts

• Must have experience with supporting UAT Test phases

• Excellent written and Oral Communication skills (LOCAL candidates only)
