AXG is partnered with a private equity backed Midstream owner/operator who is seeking a detail-oriented Treasurey Administrator to support treasury operations, cash reporting, banking activities, credit administration, and contract recordkeeping for a growing energy infrastructure organization.
This role is well suited for someone with early-career treasury or banking experience who is highly accurate, organized, and comfortable managing multiple time-sensitive responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, banking partners, and customers while handling confidential financial and contractual information.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate wire transfers and maintain complete, accurate supporting documentation
- Prepare daily cash analysis reports for management
- Monitor bank accounts throughout the day and coordinate with banking partners as needed
- Support bank compliance requests, including KYC documentation and new-account paperwork
- Maintain customer credit limits and track related credit support
- Coordinate contracts from the drafting stage through execution and finalization
- Organize executed agreements and transfer key contract information into master tracking files
- Monitor contract expiration dates and coordinate follow-up with customers
- Review check-payment exceptions and determine the appropriate next steps
- Reconcile wire-transfer records and archive transaction documentation
- Help maintain borrowing and interest schedules
- Review and analyze monthly bank fees
- Assist with quarterly allowance for doubtful accounts calculations
- Upload banking documentation used for account reconciliations
- Identify opportunities to improve treasury and contract-administration processes
- Support the Treasury team with reporting, special projects, and other priorities as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; progress toward a degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is preferred
- At least one year of treasury, banking, cash-management, or related financial operations experience preferred
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Effective analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet strict deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Sound judgment when handling confidential financial and contractual information
Preferred Experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience organizing or streamlining departmental records
- Familiarity with contract language, contract tracking, or document administration
- Experience supporting KYC, bank compliance, or similar compliance processes

- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities
- The selected job level will reflect the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications
- Occasional nontraditional working hours may be required
