Accounts Payable and Customer Service

The Accounts Payable and Customer Service role is essential for managing payment processes while providing exceptional support to both internal and external customers. This position handles a low volume of transactions daily and works closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth account reconciliation and accurate data entry using tools such as QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process payments accurately and timely
• Provide responsive customer support to internal and external clients
• Reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy
• Enter and maintain financial data in accounting systems
• Collaborate regularly with other departments to resolve discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable and customer service
