Customer Service Representative CSR

Are you organized, calm under pressure, and great at keeping things moving? BowTie Home Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the friendly voice that helps homeowners and customers schedule service, get answers, and feel taken care of.

This is a Saturday–Wednesday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with hybrid flexibility (in-office with remote support on weekends). We provide training—so if you have customer-facing phone experience and strong data entry habits, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Answer incoming calls and help customers with service requests and basic questions
• Schedule and coordinate plumbing and air conditioning appointments
• Provide customer status updates and handle inquiries professionally
• Dispatch service requests to technicians and ensure job information is complete
• Enter and update customer details in our online systems/CRM (data input required)
• Follow up on leads and assist with ongoing customer communication

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year preferred in CSR, call center, receptionist, or other customer-facing phone roles
  (HVAC/plumbing knowledge is not required—we’ll train you)
• Strong organizational skills and a task-oriented mindset
• Comfortable multitasking: phones, scheduling, and computer data entry
• Professional communication and a positive, service-first attitude
• Reliable attendance and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Saturday through Wednesday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hybrid: in-office during the workweek; remote support on weekends
