Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving

Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

A growing warehouse operation is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. This position is ideal for someone with Stand-up forklift experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate RF scanners to process inventory and fulfill orders accurately. Load and unload trucks safely using a stand-up forklift.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse operations as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of recent stand-up forklift experience
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
