Consumer Service Representative

A growing company is seeking a Consumer Services Representative to join its customer service team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with product and service questions
• Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot product/service issues
• Research information and determine the best solution for customers
• Process orders, refunds, replacements, and return authorizations
• Create and update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Document customer interactions and follow established procedures
• Provide product and service information and make appropriate recommendations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and think quickly
• Comfortable researching technical information and service manuals
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Some college preferred or equivalent business/customer service experience
• Professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude

Schedule Flexibility: Must be able to work up to 2 evenings per week (12 PM–8 PM) and up to 2 Saturdays per month (9 AM–5 PM).
