Role Overview

BEPC is seeking a Manufacturing Operator – Overnight to support our client's manufacturing operations on the 3rd shift. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience who are comfortable working overnight hours.

The Manufacturing Operator will assemble, formulate, fill, label, and package products while following established specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Selected candidates will work in one of the following manufacturing areas:

• Large Bottles: Formulation and filling of multi-liter reagent products.
• Dispenser Build: Manual assembly of reagent dispensers used in diagnostic assays and operation of automated dispenser assembly equipment.
• Kit Pack: Labeling, assembling, and packaging finished reagent kits.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to established specifications and work instructions.
• Perform manufacturing, filling, labeling, packaging, or assembly activities based on assigned production area.
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing and assembly process.
• Follow quality control procedures and report product or process concerns.
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting established quality standards.
• Safely operate manufacturing tools, machinery, and automated equipment as required.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and established manufacturing practices.
• Communicate production issues, equipment concerns, or quality problems to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 0–5 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience.
• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Operator or Assembler working a 3rd/overnight shift is highly preferred.
• Ability and willingness to consistently work an overnight schedule.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and product specifications.
• Ability to safely use applicable manufacturing tools, equipment, and software.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
