The CNC Programmer will develop and optimize CNC programs primarily for multi-axis machining centers and EDM machines within a small production team. The role involves creating precise toolpaths using Tebis software, ensuring effective documentation, and collaborating closely with team members to support high-quality manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Program multi-axis machining centers and EDM machines
- Create and optimize toolpaths using Tebis software
- Maintain detailed documentation for machining programs
- Collaborate with a small production team to improve processes
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Tebis
- Experienced with CAD/CAM software
- Able to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Skilled in CNC machine operation
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CNC programming
