Earn $18.40–$50+/hour through hourly pay, tips, commissions, and bonuses. All tools and products provided.
Hammer & Nails Dupont is a two-level luxury men’s grooming shop in the heart of Dupont Circle. We have a full bar, membership-based clientele, multiple grooming services under one roof, and private and public events.
We’re looking for talented, reliable barbers who take pride in their craft and understand that the guest experience matters just as much as the haircut.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Active DC Barber or Cosmetology License
- Strong skills in men’s cuts, fades & straight-razor shaves
- Reliable, professional and team-oriented
- Detail-oriented with pride in your work
- Strong communication and guest service
- Available nights, weekends and some holidays
2+ years of experience preferred. Gray camo, waxing, skincare and additional grooming skills are a plus.
