Machine Operator / Equipment Operator II

Johnson Service Group has multiple openings for Machine Operators / Equipment Operators for one of our clients in the Neenah, WI area. All candidates need to be willing to start on 10/2/2026 if selected and you must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Candidates will follow a rotating days/nights 6-6 work schedule and you must provide your own steel toe shoes prior to your first day.

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years of manufacturing/ related industrial experience or equivalent Military education/ training
• Maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
• Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs., ascend and descend stairs, perform bending, twisting, stooping and crouching motions and use strong gripping hand functions frequently
• All are required to wear required PPE including ear, eye, and toe protection
• If you don't have previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing facility, car repair shop/mechanical shop experience with similar/transferrable skills and willing to learn machine operating may be considered.
