Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Rochester, MN
Position Type: Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Rochester, Minnesota. This position offers 12.5-hour shifts and the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- Current and active RN License
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Current First Aid Certification
- Current TB Test completed within the last 12 months
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Schedule
12.5-Hour Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
Availability Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must be available to work holidays
- Flexibility to meet scheduling needs is required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and procedures
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
