Direct Support Professional (DSP) – In-Home Support
Location: Alexandria, VA
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Guardian Residential Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one in-home support services in Alexandria, VA.
Schedule
- Monday - Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support in the person's home environment.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal goals.
- Support meal preparation, household tasks, and organization.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities at home.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
- Complete required documentation and service notes accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Patient, caring, and able to build positive relationships.
- Energetic and able to support an active individual.
- Prior experience supporting individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred.
- DSP, CNA, caregiver, or related experience is a plus.
