IMMEDIATE PLANT UTILITY 
PeopleLink Staffing in partnership with a prominent client in the milling industry in Mount Vernon, IN is looking for individuals to join their team as a Utility Worker/General Laborer for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunites.

Pay: $19.70 hourly
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm - Candidate MUST be able to work overtime, and weekends as required. 

The responsibilities of this role inolves cleaning throughout the flour mill - sweeping the floors and stairs, blowing down walls and pipes with air blowers, taking out trash to dumpster and cleaing off equipment. 

Requirements: 
•  Must have the ability to climb stairs, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, stand of extended periods of time, work in confined spaces, and work from heights. 
• Work long hours in harsh environments (hot, cold temperatures, and dusty conditions).
• Flexible to work overtime on daily basis and on weekends. 
• Pass criminal background check. 
• Must read, write, and speak fluent English for safety purposes.
