Office hours (Tuesday- Thursday 8:30am -6:15pm" and One Saturday a month from 7:30- 3pm)

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and check them in for appointments using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently using dental practice management software
• Collect and process payments, insurance information, and outstanding balances through medical billing and collection procedures
• Review and update patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies
• Manage incoming referrals, documentation review, and care plans to support clinical staff in delivering quality care

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Prior clinic or medical office experience is highly preferred

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
