Retail Sales Specialist - Collegiate Hospitality Segment

Territory: Sarasota, Tallahassee, Orlando, Pensacola, West Palm Beach, St. Augustine, Jacksonville, and Valdosta, GA

About the Role We’re looking for a Retail Sales Specialist to support and grow our Collegiate & University (C&U) hospitality segment across a diverse and high‐energy territory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‐paced environments, loves emerging brands, and understands today’s evolving CPG landscape — especially within snacking, better‐for‐you products, and modern consumer behavior.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with campus dining teams, operators, and retail managers
• Execute retail resets, merchandising standards, and new product introductions across multiple universities
• Support category growth with a focus on snacks, beverages, and emerging CPG brands
• Analyze movement, trends, and assortment needs unique to collegiate retail
• Serve as the on‐campus expert for product placement, brand storytelling, and consumer engagement
• Travel across the territory to support store visits, resets, trainings, and seasonal transitions
• Represent our company’s values through high‐touch service, operational excellence, and partnership building

• Comfortable with travel, including some overnights, to support multiple campuses
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage a dynamic schedule across several states
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence, educate, and build trust with campus partners

• Valdosta, Georgia

Ideal Background: Experience in retail, CPG, foodservice, merchandising, or campus hospitality is preferred — but passion, drive, and curiosity about today’s consumer matter just as much.

Salary: $55K plus $100/weekly car allowance and Specialty Spiffs
