District Manager

An auto sales and finance company in Omaha, NB is searching for a motivated District Manager to join their team!  This is an amazing opportunity for a strong leader to oversee multiple retail branch locations while developing managerial talent, optimizing branch performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.  They are looking for someone with at least 2 years in a district manager role, preferably in a brick-and-mortar environment.  The position involves heavy travel, including overnight stays 2-3 times per month where you will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule.  You’ll be provided with a company vehicle, a credit card for business expenses, great benefits, and the opportunity to work for a great company, with strong values and a team that works together and has fun while they do it!

Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily visits to various stores to coach and evaluate sales floor activities, ensuring a minimum of one visit per store each month
• Independently manage travel schedules to ensure efficient coverage of all locations
• Drive sales performance and uphold operational excellence across all locations, focusing on achieving and surpassing organizational goals
• Recruit, hire, and nurture top-tier talent, emphasizing leadership development and team building
• Prioritize continuous personal and professional development, fostering an environment of growth and excellence

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a District Manager role, preferably in a brick-and-mortar retail environment
• Proven track record of hiring and developing high-performing managers
• Driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong commitment to job tenure and team development
• Excellent observational skills and ability to coach and train effectively
• Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required
• Experience in consumer goods or retail, particularly in auto sales or similar industries is preferred
