Machine Operator (Cup & Lid Production)

Position Summary

We are hiring a dependable Machine Operator to manage our cup and lid production lines. This role is essential for running equipment, performing product quality testing, packing cases, and documenting shift metrics.

Available Shifts:

• Day: M–F | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Swing: M–F | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• Graveyard: M–F | 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM

Core Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine quality tests; pause production immediately if inferior product is identified.
• Confirm correct packaging and labeling for scheduled jobs.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area at all times.
• Enter output numbers and downtime into the company computer at shift end.
• Support leads and managers with additional plant tasks as needed.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) for documentation purposes (Required).
• 1 year of manufacturing machine-tending experience (Preferred).
• Ability to lift/manually handle cases weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to perform physical movement (standing, walking, bending, reaching) for 8+ hours.
