Customer Service Rep

Our client that has been established for many years is looking to hire a customer service representative on a direct hire basis. This customer service representative is on a full time basis, in the office 3 days per week and remote 2 days, hours are 9am-5pm. We are looking for individuals with previous experience working with consumer products. Must be empathetic and solutions orientated, computer savvy. There is a ticketing system so proficiency with CRMs is important. Someone that is able to learn products and good with phone work.
