Delivery Driver - $22/hr | Weekly Pay | 4-Day Work Week

JBX Express Logistics LLC is hiring Full-Time Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages.

If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and being on the road instead of sitting behind a desk, this could be a great fit. We are looking for reliable, safety-focused, hardworking team members who can succeed in a fast-paced delivery environment.

No CDL is required. Delivery experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay & Schedule

• $22.00 per hour
• Paid weekly
• Full-time position
• Typical schedule is 4 days per week / approximately 40 hours
• Typical shifts are approximately 10 hours
• Weekend availability is required
• Paid 15-minute breaks and an unpaid 30-minute meal break

What You'll Do

As a Delivery Driver, you will:

• Safely deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses
• Load and unload packages from your delivery vehicle
• Operate a company-provided delivery van
• Follow GPS navigation and planned delivery routes
• Perform required vehicle safety inspections
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Use a smartphone/handheld device for navigation, package scanning, communication, and other job-related tasks
• Communicate with dispatch and the management team throughout your shift
• Assist other drivers when needed to help the team successfully complete the day's deliveries

Physical Requirements

This is an active and physically demanding position. Drivers should be prepared to:

• Get in and out of a delivery van repeatedly throughout the day
• Walk, climb stairs, bend, reach, and carry packages
• Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Maintain a safe and efficient pace throughout the shift

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid, non-provisional and unrestricted driver's license
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Successfully complete the required background and motor vehicle record screening
• Successfully complete a 4-panel drug screening
• Meet applicable driving-record requirements
• Be able to communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members

Commercial driving, DOT, CDL, courier, delivery, or other professional driving experience is a plus, but it is not required.
