ParkerBeth Search Partners is partnering with an established renewable energy company to identify a junior-level Project Engineer interested in building a career in solar project delivery. This position is designed for a flexible generalist who can support different areas of the business while learning from experienced engineering, development, and construction professionals.

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA preferred; Naperville, IL also considered
Pay: $50–$57 per hour DOE
Schedule: Contract-to-Hire | In-Office

What You Will Own

• Support engineering, development, and project team members
• Assist with project documentation, tracking, and coordination
• Maintain project records, action items, and internal reports
• Follow up with team members on outstanding project information
• Help address project needs as they arise
• Learn the company’s processes for delivering solar projects

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Approximately one to two years of project engineering, project coordination, or related experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and follow through on details
• Flexible, generalist mindset with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work from the assigned office regularly
