Clinical Coordinator

Midstate Gastroenterology is looking for an organized, motivated, and compassionate Clinical Coordinator to join our growing team!

We are a busy private gastroenterology practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced medical environment, collaborating with providers and staff, and helping ensure smooth clinical operations.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily clinical workflows and assist with provider schedules
• Help oversee clinical staff and ensure office procedures and workflows are followed
• Assist with patient flow and address clinical operational needs
• Coordinate procedures, testing, referrals, and other patient care needs
• Assist with staff training, workflow improvements, and quality initiatives
• Monitor clinical documentation and help ensure accurate and timely completion
• Communicate with patients, providers, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare organizations
• Help identify workflow issues and develop solutions
• Provide hands-on support to the clinical team when needed
• Maintain a positive, professional, patient-focused environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Leadership skills and the ability to work well with a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
• Comfortable working with electronic medical records
• Previous supervisory or coordinator experience preferred
• GI experience is a plus, but not required
