Warehouse Shipping Receiving Clerk

Must be able to train in Fremont until October 31st

About the job: 

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk I supports warehouse and manufacturing operations by receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing materials in a fast-paced environment. 

We’re looking for someone who: 

● Has strong attention to detail and accuracy 

● Can follow verbal and written instructions 

● Communicates clearly and works well in a team environment 

● Is comfortable using computers for data entry and basic Excel tasks 

● Can regularly lift, push, or move up to 50 pounds 

● Can stand for extended periods of time 

● Is willing to be certified or re-certified to operate a forklift 

What you’ll do: 

● Unpack and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices

● Record received materials and reject unsatisfactory items 

● Maintain records of shipped and received merchandise 

● Stock and distribute materials to inventory locations and manufacturing lines

● Complete put-away functions for received goods 

● Prepare kitting packages and assist with inventory counts as needed 

● Label products according to customer requirements 

● Support general warehouse tasks and complete additional duties as assigned
